Q5:  Does TUCAA open pop-up (or pop-under) windows?
A:  In general TUCAA does not open pop-up or pop-under windows; the only exception to this rule are external sites. When you follow a link to an external site, its content is displayed in another window (always the same) to make clear that you are leaving TUCAA.
Q6:  What information is collected in TUCAA server's log files?
A:  Our server collects all information that receives from every request. This includes the user's IP address, the date and time, an eventual referrer (the page's address containing the link that originated the request), an eventual cookie ID, and the user's browser.
Currently, these information are used only for statistical purposes, for example, how much time a user spends in our site, which browsers are mostly used, and which sites are referring ours.
As an example, you can view this example log file (in W3C's Extended Log Format).
Q7:  Does TUCAA share any information with someone else?
A:  No. All the information we have are kept secure in our firewall-protected server. Also, we delete all data we no longer use.
Q8:  What else should I know about my privacy?
A:  Please bear in mind that personal information voluntarily disclosed online - for example on message boards, through e-mail, or in chat areas - can be collected and used by others who have access to these services. If, for example, you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. While we at TUCAA strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Additionally, third party Internet sites and services accessible through TUCAA have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of us. TUCAA has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies or actions.

Therefore, you would be well advised to be cautious and responsible whenever you're online. It is in your own self-interest to carefully and responsibly maintain the secrecy of your passwords and/or any account information.
